Perhaps the best known and most popular attraction in the city is the amazing National Marine Aquarium that contains large tanks of gigantic proportions, underwater tunnels and plenty of large sharks! Plymouth Gin with its famous distillery that dates back over 400 years is also a popular attraction as is the Dartmoor Wildlife Park to the north east of the city, which is popular with families. Green spaces within the city includes Central Park which features a range of sports facilities and a large leisure complex.
